ARE THE PALACIOS CLOSE TO ONE ANOTHER?

Yes they are 100 meters apart in the historic quarter of the city.

ARE ALL HOUSES CHILD-FRIENDLY?

Yes. We also have a cots at your disposal the rental fee for the latter is 5 euros per day.

DO YOU HAVE DISABILITY ACCESSIBLE ROOMS?

No, the historic buildings do not have lifts. At Palacio de Daoiz the rooms are located on the first floor while in Palacio de Santa Cruz the rooms are located on the floors 1st-3rd.

DO YOU ACCEPT ANIMALS?

We are pet friendly, we accept small and big dogs as well as cats. There is a 10 euro fee per day.

CAN I HAVE OUTSIDE GUESTS OR HOST A PARTY AT THE ROOFTOP?

Yes, we block 50 euros that are returned after your stay.

CAN WE CHECK-IN EARLIER/LATER?

Check-in time is 4:30pm and check-out time is 11am.

Late check-out is 20€ until 2pm and has to be paid the day before the check out.
